How to place OEM order to us?
Some customers want to produce their own design or they find some interesting models from our collection, but want to change some details, like size ,color and so on.
But,they don`t know how to process.This article try to answer theses question.

The order will be produced arrcording to your requirement, like size, color, shape everything.
In a simple word, it like tailor-made order.
How to process order?
Step 1: Give us the model details as following list:
Step 2:
After getting the model details, we will let you know whether we can do and discuss with you some issues if necessary.
Estimate quotation to you.
Step 3:
Then we will make AutoCAD drawing for your checking.
If necessary, we will make 3D drawing to you.
Step 4:
Color options:
For metal: black, gun, gold, brown,coffee or any color as Pantone code you pointed
For plastic:
Demi or any color as Pantone code you pointed
For acetate:

Step 5:
Quantity details for each style and each color
Step 6:
Making order contract and PI to you
Step 7:
After getting deposit, we will Start to produce it
and update the news to you before finishing
Step 8:
Send invoice and packing list for you arranging balance and shipping
Step 9:
After getting balance, we will ship it and offer you tracking No.
and necessary files(Invoice, packing list, FDA or CE certification)

Inform us when you get the package.
What is MOQ for one style?
For your own design:
Acetate: 300 pcs
Metal 1: 300pcs for the model which no need open a new mould
Metal 2: 600pcs-1500pcs for the model which need open a new mould TR90, Ultem, TPEE or PC: 3000 pcs-10000pcs For our model which just need change color Just need 300pcs
What is producing time?
Acetate Eyeglasses and Sunglasses: 90-100 days
Metal Eyeglasses and Sunglasses: 90-100 days
TR90 and Ultem Eyeglasses: 60-70 days
TR90 or PC Sunglasses: 30-40 days
What is payment policy?
Sample order: 100% paid when PI confirmed
Mass order:
1.50% deposit, balance 50% paid before shipment
when order amount less US$3000.00
2.30% deposit,balance 70% paid before shipment
when order amount more than US$3000.00
What is warranty?
